Day of the Dead Fall Festival This Friday!
Head on over to Teddy Bear Park this Friday, October 19 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Bring your family, your blankets and chairs, and your cash! It’s a cash-only event (though some food vendors will accept cards), so hit up the ATM before you head over. We have FABULOUS raffle baskets, amazing food vendors (Epic Tacos, The Churro Man, Made in Brooklyn Pizza, Dave’s Fresh Fruit, Me Gusta Tamales, Handy Market, LA Shaved Ice, Blvd. Cafecito, Dedicated Danny’s Bacon-Wrapped Hot Dogs and more!), great games, face painting, dancing, a Loteria-themed Cake Walk, ping pong, and the list goes on! And if that’s not enough, for the first year ever, we’re selling event T-shirts! These limited-edition T-shirts designed by the supremely talented Roosevelt mom, Kristen Gara, will be available to buy at the raffle presales (see dates/times below) and of course will be for sale at the event. $15 for adults/$13 for kids. Basket raffle tickets are $1, and saves tons of time and hassle by filling them out in advance!

Fall Festival Crew Needs YOU!
Fall Festival Is THIS Friday, October 19 from 5:00-8:30 p.m. Thank you so much to those who have already signed up to help! But we still need LOADS of volunteers to make this event a success! Grab a friend and volunteer together, bring a goody for the Cake Walk, come help set-up. We need people at break down, too. It's our biggest event of the year and we can't do it without all of you!

Save the Date for the Roosevelt Magic Show
The Magic of Roosevelt is COMING SOON! Mark your calendars for Friday, December 7th! A great all-ages magic show in the auditorium!! We will have food trucks in the teacher's parking lot starting at 5 p.m. The Magic Show will start at 6:15 p.m. Tickets go on sale for $7 ($12 for VIP, first 3 rows, reserved plus a free raffle ticket) on October 22nd at 8 a.m. in front of the school. Cash or Checks ONLY. Raffle tickets will be on sale for $1 each, too! You can win some great prizes like magic kits, pranks, jokes and VIP passes to The Magic Castle! You won't want to miss this wonderful annual tradition!
